Communications workflow platform provider and SaaS company Whispir has successfully completed an oversubscribed $45.3 million share placement to new and existing institutional investors at an offer price of $3.75 per share.
Australian-listed online platform operator Aumake has completed a $7 million capital raising, with the funds to be used to accelerate development of its social e-commerce marketplace, including extensive technology buildout to incorporate “popular” marketing features including short form video and group buying capability.
Listed Australian cloud call recording service Dubber says it has received commitments to raise $10 million via a placement to existing institutional and sophisticated investors in the company.
