Australia’s telecommunications regulator, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) says a study it commissioned shows telco in-store sales staff may not be adequately checking that customers have the capacity to pay for the services they are purchasing.
Enterprise document creation and automation provider Templafy is expanding its presence in the Asia Pacific region, establishing an office in Sydney which it says will allow it to better serve new and existing customers in the APAC market.
Retail sales in the Asia Pacific region are predicted to decline by 10% this year compared to 2019, to reach US$767 billion, with China the most negatively affected country in the region.
