Remote support software specialist LogMeIn is claiming that it contributed to avoiding as much as 63 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions through its customers’ use of GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar during the first year of the pandemic - between April 2020 and March 2021 - compared to daily commuting and business travel for company meetings.

LogMeIn has come up with a way to allow remote support technicians to see what the customer is looking at. It's called LogMeIn Rescue Lens.

Latest release incorporates the joining of multiple technicians to a session, simplified uninstall and upgrade controls for unattended sessions, improved relay service.
