Online retailer Kogan has breached the Australian Consumer Law by making false and misleading representations about a tax time sales promotion.
Sony has been hit with penalties of $3.5 million for misrepresenting PlayStation gamers’ rights after the competition watchdog, the ACCC, took Sony to court for making false and misleading representations on its website and in dealings with Australian consumers about their Australian Consumer Law rights.
