Communications and data centre provider Macquarie Telecom has expended its debt facility to $190 million with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and Royal Bank of Canada to provide an additional $50 million of debt capacity.
Australian-listed security technology company Spectur has announced it has secured agreement with Westpac Bank for a debt facility of $1 million.
The Vocus Group has opened a new line of debt to the tune of A$1.27 billion and NZ$150 million, with the same interest cover and gearing ratios but with a new net leverage ratio to provide what it calls "financial headroom and flexibility".
