The Commonwealth Bank claims its Benefits finder feature, added to its app and online nationally last September, had saved customers more than $153 million in utility bills and additional government payments alone over the past year.
The number of Australians using the feature "Benefits finder", in the Commonwealth Bank's digital app and online has more than doubled in the four weeks since the coronavirus outbreak was declared a pandemic, the bank claims.
