TelSoc repeats call for bipartisan approach on NBN

Vodafone Australia chief executive Iñaki Berroeta will be the latest of a long-list of high profile ICT industry and business leaders to give the Telecommunications Association’s Charles Todd Oration when he addresses the TelSoc event in Sydney in October.

ABC presenter and long-running host of the ABC Science Show, Robyn Williams, will deliver the Henry Sutton oration in honour of the early telecommunications pioneer at a Telecommunications Association (TelSoc) lunch in Melbourne tomorrow.

ACS's Telecoms Group breaks away

The people who have been running the Telecommunications Society of Australia (TSA) since its absorption into the Australian Computer Society in 2007 have walked away from the ACS and set up a new organisation, the Telecommunications Association.
