The Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) has allocated $1.6 million in funding to energy infrastructure company Jemena to undertake a residential electric vehicle (EV) managed charging trial with four other electricity networks in the ACT, Victoria and Tasmania.

Fujitsu completes major upgrade of TasNetworks

Fujitsu has completed a major upgrade to TasNetworks' microwave radio network, commissioning 18 FRX-3 Microwave radio links.

The Australian Renewable Energy Agency and TasNetworks will explore a more detailed feasibility and business case for a second Bass Strait interconnector connecting grids.
