IT employers need to be willing to offer competitive remuneration packages in order to attract and retain the best talent to their company, according to one national recruitment consultancy which points to the 3.3% annual wage growth in the Australian IT sector.
Australian global recruitment and talent management firm, Hudson is partnering with Melbourne-based startup PredictiveHire in a deal which it says will help companies make candidate selection smarter, faster and fairer.
Australian-based global technology recruitment specialist Talent has reported a 20% increase in global revenue for the six months to the end of December 2018 to $314 million, including a 19% increase in revenues in the APAC region to $276 million.
