Energy and telecommunications customer services provider AGL and Australian energy technology group RayGen have joined forces to begin construction of a $27 million concentrated solar and thermal storage project.
Melbourne based renewable energy startup RayGen has been allocated $3 million in funding by the Australian Renewable Agency (ARENA) to conduct a technical and commercial feasibility study for a 4 MW “solar hydro” power plant to be built in north-western Victoria.
