Married couples less happy with children

As suspected by any person married with children, but until now not detailed in a long-term study, U.S. researchers find that children increase stress on marriages. In fact, dissatisfaction plummets within the first year of the first baby!

According to an Australian-led study, children of older fathers do not perform as well on intelligence tests as children of younger dads. However, these same children had higher scores on IQ tests when they had older aged mothers, when compared to younger ones.
