COMPANY NEWS: Cloud communications platform provider 8X8 has announced that the new 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams app has added Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and fax capabilities to further extend the Teams experience for users.

A survey conducted by Juniper Networks reveals that businesses in Asia Pacific feel more confident and trust artificial intelligence (AI) more than in North America or Europe. AI has its own sets of challenges, but Asia Pacific respondents are keen to overcome it.

New Survey Reveals IT and OT Security Professionals’ Shifting Concerns, Attitudes, and Experiences During Pandemic
