Scientists find new, cheap way to purify wastewater

Researchers at Western Australia's Edith Cowan University have discovered a way to modify an iron-based alloy in such a way as to produce a new crystalline alloy that is able to remove contaminants like heavy metals, dyes and other organic materials from wastewater.
