Consumers buying concert tickets from ticket reseller websites are often over-paying and run the risk of having their tickets cancelled by venues and being hit by significant fines, according to consumer activist group Choice.
The consumer group CHOICE has called on the federal government to allow consumers who have credit cards from the big four banks to cancel them online without having to call or write to the banks.
