Global spending on cloud infrastructure services increased by 32% year-on-year to US$39.9 billion (A$52 billion) in the final quarter of 2020, the technology research firm Canalys says.
The worldwide cloud infrastructure services market reached a record high in the fourth quarter of 2019, with spending on services growing 37% to over US$30 billion, according to a new report from analyst firm Canalyst.
Shipments of PCs in 2019 will show a small uptick in the Asia-Pacific and North America regions compared to 2018, the technology analyst firm Canalys says, with overall global growth forecast to be about 0.3%.
