Could GM and NASA take a Chevy to Mars?

General Motors and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration are working together to develop the next-generation robot, the Robonaut 2 (R2), for use in the automotive and aerospace industries. Maybe they'll team up for a trip to Mars in a Chevy?

Charles Frank Bolden, Jr. was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, as the new NASA head. He becomes the twelfth administrator of the U.S. space agency the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
