NAB system crash prompts 'œday from hell'

It was a 'day from hell' for Sam Plowman, executive general manager of NAB's direct banking operations  when the call centre he is responsible  for handled its usual daily quota of calls in just 30 minutes following the failure of an element in NAB's core banking system yesterday.
