Network monitoring provider Gigamon has partnered with Nokia to deliver a network visibility and customer experience solution designed to accelerate 5G adoption.
The global adoption of the 5G network is set to skyrocket in the next five years, with new data estimating that by 2025 the number of 5G connections is expected to hit 2.7 billion worldwide - a growth of at least 20 times from this year’s figure of 120 million, according to one analyst firm.
With more than 15 million 5G handset services in operation expected in the Australian market by the end of June 2023, the adoption of 5G is set to be faster than the previous generations of cellular networks, according to a new analyst report.
