Given its massive investment in infrastructure, it's no wonder that Google is looking to stamp its authority on the nascent consumer/SME cloud storage market. Google Drive will leverage Google's massive infrastructure and services investment.
One of the things that's admirable about Google is its capacity to try different things out. Google Maps has been a clear winner but Wave was less so. As the northern spring kicks in, Google is cleaning out some of the experiments and apps that are no longer needed.
Adobe has released a beta of Photoshop CS6 - the latest version of its popular image editing suite. It's a chance for users to try things out and provide the developers with feedback prior to the expected release before the middle of this year.
