J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter craze has just received a magically interactive new and enhanced lease of animated life, and it’s exclusive to iBooks on the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Mac.
Each individual books featuring full original text, interactive animations and elaborate artwork bringing these beloved stories to life in a unique way is now available to download.
In addition, Harry Potter fans will also find annotations throughout their literary journey, written by the author herself.

Until now, the Harry Potter digital books have only been available for readers to purchase through the Pottermore Shop.
Starting now, iBooks users can experience the books with all new exclusive custom covers for each title, and typography including the custom Harry Potter typefaces and new section headers and drop caps.
The Harry Potter Enhanced Editions are available in English for $11.99 inc. GST each in 32 countries. Pre-orders also begin today for French, German and Spanish versions, and will be available on 9 November in 18 additional countries.

At the time of publication, my wizard wand didn't seem to be working so well, as it didn't bring up the promised custom page - must be some interference from Lord Voldemort. Just type 'Harry Potter' into the iTunes search bar, search from the App Store, and scroll down to the books section, whereupon you'll find the AUD $11.99 enhanced books on offer.
