Home Enterprise Solutions FULL VIDEOS: Dynatrace’s PERFORM 2018 roadshow launches in Australia to 'Accelerate Cloud Innovation'

Dynatrace's APAC roadshow is underway, demonstrating how its solution "provides answers, not just data, based on deep insight into every user, every transaction, across every application", with plenty of opportunity to meet Dynatrace staff, customers and peers.

Dynatrace. It is a remarkable company that claims having "redefined how you monitor today’s digital ecosystems", with an "AI-powered, full stack" that is "completely automated".

Thus, as mentioned above, Dynatrace confidently claims it is "the only solution that provides answers, not just data, based on deep insight into every user, every transaction, across every application".

For a company to make such claims, it better have the happy customers to back it up, and it does, proudly boasting of "the world’s leading brands, including 72 of the Fortune 100", trusting the company "to optimise customer experiences, innovate faster and modernise IT operations with absolute confidence".

Judging by the passion of its employees and also its customers at the 3 July edition of its Perform 2018 APAC Roadshow, which was held in the Four Seasons hotel in Sydney's CBD, and which is being held on 5 July in Melbourne at the Crown Promenade, the company is clearly succeeding in its mission, with great examples of very happy customers indeed.

After Melbourne, the roadshow rolls on to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Mumbai, Seoul, Tokyo, Jakarta, Bangkok and then swings back to Australia to end the APAC leg of the tour in Canberra, with the locations, dates and registration details here

The event is a complimentary full-day conference which combines hands-on training sessions with expert speakers and showcases a range of Dynatrace's innovations, including its use of Microsoft's Augmented Reality Hololens headset.

As you'd expect, attendees received (and will receive at the upcoming Perform 2018 events) key insights on "how businesses can enhance customer experience by accelerating cloud innovation and transformation".

The theme for PERFORM 2018 is ‘Accelerate Cloud Innovation’ which comes at "a particularly critical time as more organisations traverse the complexities and disruptions of technology".

"There are already more avenues to enhance how customers interact with websites, apps and services across different touchpoints than ever before, and businesses must manage these platforms to ensure customer experience stays as a priority."

Rafi Katanasho, APAC chief technical officer and vice-president of Solution Sales at Dynatrace, said ahead of the Sydney event: “Over the next few years, most, if not all businesses, will move from on premises architecture into an enterprise cloud architecture adding multiple layers of complexity and fluidity.

"These enterprise cloud architectures must deliver rapid innovations and perfect software experiences, enable releasing better software faster and operate at the highest level of automation. That is precisely why we built the Dynatrace Software Intelligence platform to enable the enterprises to deliver perfect software experience and gain software intelligence insights that enable them to continue to innovate and automate.

“Dynatrace has seen continuous growth and phenomenal customer success across the Asia Pacific region, particularly in Australia & New Zealand. We are truly excited to launch PERFORM 2018 APAC Series in Sydney and Melbourne.

"We have seen record registrations which reflect Australian companies appetite to accelerate the rate of innovation, automate their enterprise cloud and deliver perfect software experiences. We have amazing line-up of customer and industry experts sharing their experiences, learning and networking.”

Now, while I have the full videos of the Sydney event embedded within this article, starting with the first part of the day's proceedings below, as well as a couple of interviews, it's clear that actually attending the event in person has tremendous added value, not only from physically being there and being able to interact with company executives and developers, but also with Dynatrace partners, customers and your peers.

So, if you attend, what can you expect?

Dynatrace tells us that "PERFORM 2018 will provide participants with the knowledge to simplify digital complexity and accelerate innovation and transformation.

"Throughout 12 sessions, speakers at PERFORM 2018 will highlight innovation best practices and top industry trends across cloud and digital landscape, displaying how leading enterprises use AI for automation and business performance metrics to transform the way they deliver amazing customer digital experiences at scale.

"Attendees will have an opportunity to hear best practices and exchange ideas with Dynatrace thought leaders, executive management, and Dynatrace customers.

"Keynote speakers Rafi Katanasho, Dynatrace chief technical officer and vice-president of Solution Sales and Florian Ortner, Dynatrace chief product officer, will speak on how Dynatrace innovation in software intelligence will change how businesses interact with its customers".

The Sydney event saw Katanasho and Ortner joined by a number of high-profile speakers, including:
