Australian fine wines distributor Casama Group has selected StayinFront TouchCG as its field force sales automation solution.

The contract will see StayinFront’ s mobile, cloud-based solution enable Casama field reps to perform field activities more effectively and manage their complex customer base of on-premise and off-premise outlets, as well as retail buying groups.

StayinFront Australia Vice President and Managing Director Kerrie-Anne Turner said powerful analytics and reporting tools in StayinFront EdgeCG provide Casama with a single view of the customer for business management across all divisions, enabling managers to better understand, target and segment its complex customer base.

“StayinFront provides a powerful information asset that will assist Casama in its future growth,” Turner said.

“Moving to the latest mobile technology designed specifically for FMCG will enable Casama to do more work in the field, know more about its customers and sell more.”

Casama CEO Kieran Callan said “StayinFront’s easy-to-use system is able to support our field activities and provide us with a centralised source for collecting and retrieving real time customer information.

“Being able to get a granular view of each customer will give our team an advantage in this highly competitive marketplace.”
