Navman Wireless delivers BI to fleet management

By

Navman Wireless's new Adaptive Intelligence BI-as-a-service lets fleet managers make more sense of their data.

Fleet management systems such as those from Navman Wireless generate large quantities of data. The company's new cloud-based Adaptive Intelligence offering helps managers gain insight into that data.

Importantly, Adaptive Intelligence isn't restricted to a predetermined set of reports or dashboards, as it can be customised with a business's own KPIs.

In addition, data from Adaptive Intelligence can be processed with other BI software in use within the organisation.

Navman Wireless director of business intelligence Matt Minor said "Adaptive Intelligence enables the enterprise to further drill-down on data and draw informative insights by adapting to an organisations' customisable needs and software solutions already in place.

"Many organisations struggle to measure fleet expenditure and efficiency, especially when it comes to fuel consumption and idling.

"However, with Adaptive Intelligence and the integration of Navman Wireless location-based information they're able to rigorously identify parts of the business with the greatest expense and the most opportunity, and use this information for strategic improvement."
