Sensis has launched the SAPI Bounty Program "where each month we'll throw down the gauntlet for anyone in the world to create a viable app that can be published in market, using Sensis local directories data accessible through...SAPI," explains Jason Cormier, partnerships development manager for Sensis API in a posting on Telstra's Exchange blog.
The first challenge, he says is "to create an application, website, widget or program to help survive a zombie onslaught. We're offering a $2,500 'bounty' to the competitor who can demonstrate integration, innovation and quality in the design and build of their application and show how their concept makes the most of SAPI content and functionality."
Not being at all sure how we might do this, we did a quick search of www.yellowpages.com.au for 'Zombie' (using Google!) and came up with 50 hits that provide some potentially useful suggestions.
Perhaps we could satisfy their blood lust with lashing of Zombie Chews, available from Candy Jar Confectionery of Hobart, and many others.
Or put on some 'Zombie Skin makeup' (available from Shindigs Party & Food Warehouse of Lambton NSW) and pass ourselves off as one of the undead.
Alternatively 'Creative Zombie Signs' of Gympie might be able to help us divert the ravaging hoard into a ravine or somewhere else from whence they cannot return.
