Search engine heavyweights to hit Sydney in March

An impressive list of major search engine representatives from Australia and abroad will be at Darling Harbour in Sydney to speak at a one day industry conference, Search Engine Room on 14 March.

Organisers say that more than 150 delegates have already registered for the fast-paced search engine event, which focuses on key issues such as pricing, local search, Search Engine Optimisation, Intellectual Property and user trends.

Keynote speaker is Craig Wax, regional manager Yahoo! Search Marketing, while Google is bringing out two senior executives from the United States: Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, VP Asia Pacific and Latin America, and Brian White, Technical Program Manager, Search Quality.

Also speaking will be Nic Jones, MD News Interactive; Robert Rath, GM Sensis Interactive; Cliff Rosenberg, Acting CEO Yahoo!7; Ian Leuchars, MD 24/7 Real Media and others.
