Userlytics expands its presence in Taiwan

Userlytics’ new location in Taiwan is an addition to its ever-expanding list of international office spaces in the US, UK, Spain, Russia, Portugal, and the Philippines. The Asia Pacific team, Userlytics says, is an integral part to its success.

Userlytics announces its new headquarters in Taiwan, expanding its presence in the Asia Pacific region. The new headquarters in Taiwan adds another location to the company’s ever-expanding list of international office spaces, including the US, UK, Spain, Russia, Portugal, and the Philippines.

Alejandro Rivas-Micoud, founder and CEO, Userlytics, says the company is “excited to strengthen our presence in the Asia Pacific region and make Taiwan our newest office.”

“Our Asia Pacific team is an integral part of Userlytics success across various international markets. The Asia Pacific region is expected to experience very rapid growth rates in remote user experience optimisation over the next three to five years”, Rivas-Micoud says.

Userlytics’ focus on opening multiple international locations and fostering a diverse international team is part of its unique, global approach to usability testing. The company believes that “combining different perspectives and experiences is the key to creating a powerful and knowledgeable team.”

Userlytics’ employees speak a variety of languages, including “English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, French, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin and more, allowing them to assist clients of all backgrounds.”

In addition to its global team, Userlytics’ “panel of nearly one million participants includes users from over 150 different countries to ensure each client’s testing needs are met.”

Userlytics says its usability tests can be “built out in over 15 languages, creating the most international remote testing experience on the market.”
