This integration helps administrators provide more security when users are working outside the organisation's internal network perimeter by ensuring that only trusted users from managed computers are accessing Google Workspace and other resources protected by BeyondCorp Enterprise.
Jamf also integrates with Google Identity, providing IT admins with an efficient way to create Mac accounts with a Google username and password, with the user's cloud password kept in sync with their Mac password so they can access the required resources with one set of credentials.
"With today's mobile workforce, organisations need to manage and secure company devices while providing end users with a seamless experience that powers them no matter where they are working from," said Jamf senior vice president of strategy Nick Amundsen.

"These integrations with Google Cloud help Jamf customers advance security, management and employee productivity by giving end users the power to leverage both Jamf and Google Cloud to gain immediate and secure access to the resources and apps they need to be productive."
Google Cloud product manager Prashant Jain said "As more organisations shift to work from anywhere models, businesses must adopt enhanced security measures to stay ahead of next generation threats.
"Through our partnership with Jamf, we are actively addressing the need for increased security and access management to keep mobile workforces safe and are delivering on our zero trust security vision."
