The solution is meant for businesses who want to run their own private cloud. SUSE uses OpenStack, an open source project that provides cloud software, as the base for its SUSE Cloud application.
The integration between OpenStack and a Dell product known as Crowbar enables quick deployment, management and administration of the physical cloud infrastructure.
The hardware that Dell supplies is its PowerEdge servers. And businesses that use SUSE Cloud can use the largest set of certified third-party applications that run on Linux.
