Logitech Signature M650: a mouse for all hands Featured

By

Logitech's latest mouse comes in two sizes and left and right handed configurations.

Other features of the Signature M650 include SmartWheel scrolling (said to deliver speed or precision as required), SilentTouch buttons (reducing click noise by 90% compared with Logitech's M185 mouse), rubber side grips, two-year battery life, customisable side buttons, and compatibility with Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, ipadOS and Android.

Connection is via Bluetooth LE or a Logi Bolt USB receiver, and both sizes of the M650 are available in graphite, off-white or rose.

Some of the Signature M650's plastic parts are made from post-consumer recycled plastic, but the proportion varies by colour: 64% for graphite, but just 26% for off white and rose.

"There are more than a billion knowledge workers in the world, and around half of them don't use a mouse or have an entry level or corded mouse with limited functions," said Logitech vice president of mainstream business for creativity and productivity Art O'Gnimh.

"The Signature M650 offers a true Logitech signature experience with simple productivity functions that make working all day easier and faster."

The Signature M650 and Signature M650 L will be available in January 2022 from Logitech.com and selected retailers, while the Signature M650 L Left in graphite will be an online exclusive. All models have a suggested price of $59.95.
