A statement from the company said the deal had been done via the Digital Transformation Agency's Cloud Marketplace and initially there would be 150 users and up to 200 hours of additional services.

The program would be used for an initial period of 15 months to develop the government's National Criminal Intelligence System.

The value of the contract is $235,250 but archTIS anticipates that the user numbers will rise as platform proves its worth.

Kojensi Gov claims to have a unique security model that enables government agencies to share information and collaborate whilst meeting regulatory, security and sovereign compliance requirements for classified information up to the Protected level.

The platform can be used for both inter-agency and intra-agency collaboration and once one is on a network connected to the platform, one can log in from a Web front-end and start working.
