Home Enterprise Solutions Unisys Elevates banking to omnichannel

Unisys has extended its retail banking system with Elevate, a set of applications that helps deliver an omnichannel banking experience.

Based on Unisys' Retail Banking Delivery platform, Elevate allows banks to provide customers with services in-branch, on mobile devices, or via Web browsers.

Functions include paying bills, transferring funds and applying for loans and mortgages.

Built-in adaptive biometric and data analytics identify customers, authenticate access and validate transactions to help reduce fraud while providing an enhanced customer experience.

Delivered as-a-service from a private or public cloud or as an on-premise solution, Elevate is further secured by Unisys Stealth software that combines identity-based micro-segmentation techniques with encryption to ensure only authorised users can access information, masking its presence from others.

"Elevate will allow banks and building societies to deliver a secure, frictionless banking experience to their customers," said Unisys senior vice-president and president of enterprise solutions, Eric Hutto.

"People increasingly want to bank in a manner that fits with their lifestyle, so having a secure, integrated digital banking platform will increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty by empowering today's digital customer."

More than 125 banks worldwide use Unisys' retail banking delivery platform, including one of Australia's five largest banks.

Elevate will be available in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions by the end of March 2017, and in the Americas during the second quarter.
